Will our families know they're not speaking to a member of staff?
Grace answers as your home, using your name and your information. Most callers care far more about whether someone answered and listened than about what answered the phone. If a caller asks directly, Grace responds honestly and warmly — she doesn't pretend to be a person. But in our experience, the question almost never comes up when the call is handled well.
What if Grace doesn't know the answer to something?

Is our callers' data secure?
Yes. We operate under UK GDPR with a Data Processing Agreement in place before we handle a single call. Call recordings are retained for 90 days then deleted. Your callers' data is never shared with any other funeral home.
How long does setup take?
