What if I'm not listed yet?
If we haven't listed you yet, you can add your funeral home during the claim process. We're adding new locations daily across the UK.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes! If you operate multiple locations, claim each branch separately. Multi-location chains get 50% off every additional branch after the first.
What data do you show families?
Your listing shows: business name, address, phone number, and basic details. With Verified, you also get: logo upload, enhanced business info, verified badge, and email notifications.
Do families contact me directly?
Yes! Your listing shows your phone number. Verified members get email notifications when families submit enquiries.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Your listing reverts to the free tier — you never lose your basic presence on The Funeral.
